Recovery® contains Nutricol® - a potent proprietary bioflavonoid complex consisting of EGCG, theaflavin, proanthocyanidins and resveratrol from grape and tea. These anti-catabolic compounds are recognized for their ability to halt tissue damage and inflammation.*

Available in powder (100g/350g sizes) and capsule (180/360 cap sizes) forms: each serving contains 150mg Nutricol®, 1,250mg MSM, 750mg Glucosamine and 200mg DMG (powder form is naturally flavoured).

Suggested use capsules: 5 capsules 2 times a day or as directed by a health practitioner.

Suggested use powder: 1 teaspoon mixed with water or diluted juice 2 times a day or as directed by a health practitioner. (difficult cases may require 3 teaspoons per day)

Many people begin at a lower dose (1/4 teaspoon 2 times per day) and slowly work up the dosage over a two week period, as effective dosage varies and may be at the lower end of the spectrum (e.g. 1 teaspoon per day total) and would therefore be more cost effective.

After the initial 60 to 90 day period many Recovery® users maintain benefits at a maintenance dose (normally 1/2 the dose used for initial period). After the initial 60 to 90 day period, Recovery® does not require daily usage for most people.
